Actress Dawn Zulueta cheerfully shared her flourished vegetable garden at home, on Friday, April 24.

On her Instagram post, Dawn noted that she set up a tower garden in her front yard as early as August 2019. Months after, plants were already ready for harvesting.

“I wanted to try urban gardening or urban farming. Now look, I am already able to harvest lettuce, kangkong, basil, and spinach to make a fresh salad,” she said.

The gorgeous actress also shared that she also planted other vegetables like okra, eggplants, and arugula.

Meanwhile, the Philippine government has encouraged the public to adopt to backyard farming as a preventive measure from hunger amid the implemented enhanced community quarantine due to 2019 coronavirus disease (COVID-19) pandemic.

Among the celebrities who have already adopted the measure were Mylene Dizon, Kyline Alcantara, and Ormoc City Mayor Richard Gomez, among others.
